1. Duties and responsibilities of the Directorate for Management of Natural Monuments of particular importance are defined by the Law on Nature Protection and other applicable laws:
Manages the Nature Monuments of special importance “Gadime Cave” and “Mirusha waterfalls” and other similar monuments.
Compiles the professional reasonableness and sets the conditions for Natural Monuments of particular importance “Gadime Cave” and “Mirusha waterfalls”;
Coordinates activities and cooperates with local institutions, governmental and nongovernmental organizations in the protection and development of natural values of the Natural Monuments of particular importance “Gadime Cave” and “Mirusha waterfalls”;
Monitors activities in the protected area and surrounding area of Natural Monuments with particular importance “Gadime Cave” and “Mirusha waterfalls”.
Prepare annual and periodic reports on the implementation of plans and projects for the Natural Monuments of particular importance “Gadime Cave” and Mirusha waterfalls “;
It promotes natural and touristic values of Natural Monuments of particular importance “Gadime Cave” and “Mirusha waterfalls”;
It creates good conditions for visitors of the Natural Monuments of particular importance “Gadime Cave” and “Mirusha waterfalls”;
Participates in implementation of international acts for nature conservation.
2. Head of the Directorate for Administration of Natural Monuments of particular importance, reports to the General Director .
